> Autoresponders

An Autoresponder is an extremely simple and practical marketing tool. It is a way to automatically dispense information, and target specific customers by giving them only the address of the file(s) containing the information likely to be of interest to them. They can request and receive the information rapidly without your intervention. Since all requests are logged, there is the bonus of a prospect list.

BASIC AUTORESPONDER: If you already subscribe to NetBox Basic Service this is a no-frills service where you can buy one or a few addresses at a time. The address will look like this (example): login.info@netbox.com.

There is a one time setup charge of $10; there is also a fee of $10 for each change. Files larger than 25K (about 20 pages of text) will cost a little more.

> Dynamic (updateable) Autoresponders

What if you would like to set up a group or sequence of Autoresponders? Or, suppose you want complete control of the text in your files so that you can make changes to the content whenever you wish.

An Updateable Autoresponder provides these options. You can create up to thirty different files in your directory. While the file names are fixed in this format: login.info1; login.info2; login.info3, you may change the text of the files as often as you like.

We create an FTP site for you. In the FTP site you may place up to 30 different files, where each file is an Autoresponder. Give out the addresses (up to 30) and you have Dynamic Autoresponders where you may change the text as often as you like.

We are flexible concerning the AR file names, but they must be at least 9 characters long. There is a set up charge of $125 and a yearly maintenance charge of $90.
